What questions should I ask, and how should I communicate my styling and color preferences?
In every consultation, we pride ourselves in ensuring our clients feel taken care of. Photos are a perfect way to show your stylist exactly what you have in mind. During the consultation, please feel free to voice your concerns: How much time and money will be invested during my service? What products will work best with my hair? How often will I need to book to maintain this appearance?

What type of hair extensions extensions do you offer?
At Bloom Beauty Bar, quality is key. All hair extensions offered are professional hair made with 100% Remy human hair. Remy hair means that the cuticle is still intact, and is all facing the same direction. Using high quality hair, with proper maintenance will last much longer, and can be styled as usual. As far as methods go, we offer Tape-Ins, I-Tips, and Beaded Sew-Ins.
Where are you located?
Bloom Beauty Bar is located at 515 West Ave, inside of Salons by JC. Entrance to the building is located between Sedona Taphouse and Chase Bank in the Waypointe area. During Salons by JC business hours, there will be immediate access to the building. During extended hours, there will be a directory located outside the entrance with electronic access.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointments are very important to Bloom Beauty Bar, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes modifications in scheduling are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS. The advance notice gives us time to accommodate scheduling. You may text or call (203) 212-8556 if you have any questions or concerns about modifying appointments. As a courtesy, clients will receive text and e-mail confirmation prior to the appointment date.
What happens if I'm running late?
We understand life happens! If you think you may be late for your appointment contact the salon via text or by phone as soon as possible. After 15 min from scheduled appointment, we will try our best to accommodate late arrivals, however clients should be aware their appointment may be altered or moved.
What happens if I no call, no show?
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon to cancel, you may be required to pay a down payment for future bookings.
What if I want a refund on my service?
We do not generally issue refunds for services. However, as a courtesy we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the completion, pending salon approval. Please note that we cannot guarantee the longevity of your hair color or style if you are using products that were not recommended by your stylist.
Do you issue product refunds?
We want our clients to love our products as much as we do! If you feel a product isn’t working for you, we offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Unused or unopened products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
How do I book an appointment?
There are several ways to contact us to book an appointment. The quickest and most convenient way is to book directly through our booking page. You may also call or text the salon at (203) 212-8556, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or direct message us on social media. You may also contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation in salon where we can asses your current hair, pricing, and goals.
Do you take walk-ins?
Currently we are unable to take walk-ins, but do accept same day appointments. For a prompt response, please text (203) 212-8556 to ask about our availability.
What product lines do you use?
At Bloom Beauty Bar we are proud to carry ammonia free, and PPD free color. We also use a professional line of shampoos, conditioners, and styling products that are sulfate free, paraben free, gluten free, keratin safe, and color safe!
We carry Calura, Blacklight, and Funk Hue Hair Color, by Oligo Professionnel. We are also thrilled to carry R+Co styling products, as well as Calura and Oligo products for purchase.
What about gratuities?
Our prices do not include gratuities for your service. Tipping is optional, but if you feel your service meets or exceeds your expectations, it is always appreciated.
