Where are you located?

Bloom Salon is located at 1779 Post Rd. E Westport, CT, in Westfair Plaza. Additional parking is located in the back of the plaza.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking is available online , or by texting or calling 203-601-0022.
A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Please see our cancellation policy before booking. If you're unsure what to book, feel free to book a complimentary consultation with any of our stylists.

Do you take walk-ins?

While we generally do not take walk-ins, we do offer same-day appointments. Of course, you are always welcome to stop in and check out our salon's vibe! For a prompt response, please text us.

What questions should I ask, and how should I communicate my styling and color preferences?

In every consultation, we pride ourselves on ensuring our clients feel taken care of. Photos are a perfect way to show your stylist exactly what you have in mind. During the consultation, please feel free to voice your concerns: How much time and money will be invested during my service? What products will work best with my hair? How often will I need to book to maintain this appearance?

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointments are very important to Bloom Salon and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes modifications in scheduling are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 HOURS’ NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS. The advance notice gives us time to accommodate scheduling. You may text or call (203) 601-0022 if you have any questions or concerns about modifying appointments. As a courtesy, clients will receive text and email confirmation prior to the appointment date.

What happens if I'm running late?

We understand life happens! If you think you may be late for your appointment, contact the salon via text or by phone as soon as possible. After 15 min from the scheduled appointment, we will try our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, clients should be aware their appointment may be altered or rescheduled. If your appointment cannot be accommodated you may be subjected to pay 50% of the service charged to your card on file.

What happens if I no call, no show?

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and have not contacted the salon to cancel, you will be charged 100% of your service with your card on file. You also may be required to leave a deposit for future bookings.

What if I want a refund on my service?

We do not generally issue refunds for services. However, as a courtesy, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the completion, pending salon approval. Please note that we cannot guarantee the longevity of your hair color or style if you are using products that were not recommended by your stylist. All adjustments must be completed with the original stylist that performed the service.

Do you issue product refunds?

We want our clients to love our products as much as we do! If you feel a product isn’t working for you, we offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Unused or unopened products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

What product lines do you use?

At Bloom Salon, we are proud to carry ammonia-free and PPD-free color. We also use a professional line of shampoos, conditioners, and styling products that are sulfate free, paraben free, gluten free, keratin safe, and color safe! We offer Oligo Professionel Color , Calura Care and Styling , Blacklight Styling , Goldielocks , and Color Wow.

What about gratuities?

Our prices do not include gratuities for your service. Tipping is optional and always appreciated. We accept gratuities via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

What type of hair extensions do you offer?

At Bloom Salon, quality is key!
We exclusively offer Invisible Bead Extensions®. IBE® is a sew-in method that can be used to add length or density to your hair, or to aid in the transformation of hair color. What is your return policy?

One of the many benefits to coming to Bloom is our attention to detail. Through relentless dedication to research and development over the past few years, our pursuit of the utmost quality has led us to a significant milestone: the inception of our very own brand - Meadow and Mane.
